Find out what your weaknesses are so that you know what you need to work on. Work hard to overcome your weaknesses. Give extra time to them. Analyze as to how you can minimize them. At the same time, make sure that your strengths and plus points make you stand out from all other candidates.  Polish your strengths and try to perfect them. Identify the opportunities that you have. Do not compromise on your diet and sleep pattern. Try and exercise regularly, at least for four or five days a week, an hour each day. It boosts your metabolism and your energy levels. Do not eat junk food. Avoid as much as you can because it has been found that junk food slows down the working speed of mind and critical thinking. Eat almonds in the morning which are said to improve memory. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables so that you get sufficient nutrients.
