Sameer Gautam, Founder and CEO

Sameer is an Entreprenuer with 14 years of work experience. He is also CEO and Co-founder of Anannya eLearning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (AeLS), which is into eLearning Solutions for Insurance and Financial Services. AeLS has trained more than 100 Thousand Insurance Agents in last 3 years on its portal www.50hoursonline.com. Prior to starting AeLS, Sameer has worked with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as Managing Partner and Jayaswals Neco Ltd. as Regional Manager - Sales. Sameer is a B.Sc., MBA from Nagpur University. He is also an AFP and Licentiate of Insurance Institute of India.

Dr. Rashmi Gautam, Chief Operations Officer

A Ph.D. in physics from Delhi University, Rashmi has been involved in research on contemporary technologies for last ten years. Beginning from the area of Organic Semiconductor Devices at Solid State Physics Laboratory, DRDO, India and moving forward towards Nanoelectronics at National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, she has actively contributed in Project Management at various levels.
