AP PG MET 2016 Eligibility Criteria, Exam Pattern and Subjectwise Distribution


Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh conducts AP PG MET every year for admissions to 2400 MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma seats in 29 participating colleges of Andhra Pradesh and Telanaga.

AP PG MET 2016 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must be an Indian Citizen/Person of Indian Origin
  • Candidates should have done MBBS degree under Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences and from the Andhra Pradesh and Telanaga states
  • Candidates should have completed their rotating internship on or before March 31, 2016
  • Candidates MBBS degree must have been recognized by the Medical Council of India
  • Candidates who have already enrolled in a PG degree or diploma course will not be eligible unless they have discontinued the course by remitting the bond amount and stipend drawn up to the date of discontinuing of the course
  • In the above case, candidates have to submit a certificate issued by the Head of the Institution to that effect along with the application form
  • Candidates applying from the others states of India must have studies MBBS from any of the Medical College of India

AP PG MET 2016 Pattern:

  • Total Questions: 200
  • Type of questions: MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions)
  • Total Time: 180 Mins. (3 Hours)
  • No Negative Marking
